台灣外籍移工人數已突破60萬人，超過原住民和新住民族群。「府中15新北市紀錄片放映院」今天舉辦《再見 可愛陌生人》紀錄片特映會，本片由新移民越南裔女導演阮金紅及導演蔡崇隆執導，追訪合法入境但從原雇主工作處潛逃的四位越南移工故事。新北市政府文化局副局長于玟、紀錄片導演阮金紅及導演蔡崇隆夫婦、移工代表謝氏金鶯，以及台灣國際勞工協會等，今天也親蒞現場分享拍攝本片的故事。

《再見 可愛陌生人》由新移民越南裔女導演阮金紅及導演蔡崇隆執導，是2014金穗獎紀錄片優等獎「可愛陌生人」的續集，她的首部紀錄片《失婚記》，記錄新住民失婚婦女在台處境，本次持續關注東南亞移工議題，追訪合法入境但從原雇主工作處潛逃的四位越南移工故事。台灣非法外勞以越南人數居首，他們舉債支付高額仲介費，懷著淘金返鄉的美夢來臺，最後卻變成「不能被看見的人」，不是罪犯卻被貼上非法的標籤，藏匿在邊陲角落，在社會底層無聲勞動。這部影片從勞動生活、潛逃成因、家庭景況等方向切入，記錄了他們無奈、惶恐又艱苦的淘金之路。

台灣外籍移工人數已突破60萬人，其中4成為印尼籍，其次是越南、菲律賓及泰國。男工多從事漁工農務、進入工地或工廠，女工則進入醫院或家庭擔任看護或幫傭。影片主角阿富說，當初來台的仲介費用就花了7000美元（約23萬台幣），每月只能賺8、9千台幣，沒甚麼錢能寄回去，父母還扛債幫他還仲介來台的貸款，所以他只能逃跑賺錢，現在每月約賺1000美元（約3.3萬台幣），才有餘錢寄回家，想家的時候就透過視訊看看老婆和小孩的近況，希望能多賺點錢改善家裡生活。另一位影片主角阿團，因家中想蓋房子，所以花了5000美元（約16.5萬元台幣）的仲介費來台，如今房子已蓋好，她仍沒有看過，兒子婚禮也沒法參加。

新北市政府文化局表示，「府中15新北市紀錄片放映院」從民國100年12月創立迄今，已屆滿五年了！是全國唯一以推廣紀錄片為主題定位的館舍空間，放映超過3,800場電影、觀影人次達24萬人。每月除策辦不同主題的放映活動外，也不定期舉辦紀錄片特映和音像作品發表活動，邀請導演等創作者與觀眾面對面分享、交流，迄今已有近50部新作品、40多位導演在這裡發表，並舉辦座談活動。
